All you need to do is gently shake it.
Carefully unscrew the wood cap and remove the plastic stopper (Keep it in your possession for future use if necessary)
Screw the wood cap back on so that it is securely fastened back on,
Turn upside down for a few seconds so that the liquid can absorb in the cork.
Tie it securely to where you want to hang it.
Whenever the scent is getting low in the future. Just turn it upside down again for a few seconds.
